Criminal, DWI & Traffic Defense in MN State & Federal Courts

Professional

You are seeking an honest and realistic evaluation and the best possible result in your criminal, DWI, or traffic case. My clients receive personal attention and reasonable flat fees, quoted in advance. I explore all of our client's concerns and goals before assisting them in making their own well-informed decisions. There is no charge for initial consultation, simple questions, or referrals to attorneys in other fields of law.

If you are uncomfortable with your decision to hire a particular law firm or a fee being quoted, talk to several other attorneys and compare the information you are getting. Good attorneys will sound better in comparison and poor ones will be obvious. Beware of the "it needs to be done right now" and "I can take your credit card over the phone" sales pitches. Don't let your own good judgment be overcome by a hard sales tactics or your own fear. The truth is that very few matters can't be delayed at least long enough to make a good decision about hiring an attorney. Most criminal attorney fees are paid in advance, one-hundred percent non-refundable, and "earned when paid" regardless of the amount of work completed. You may regret making a hasty decision.

Many criminal law firms are high-volume businesses where younger, less experienced attorneys will handle fifty or more cases at a time. Experienced attorneys will spend most or all of their time “selling” to potential clients, rather than going to court or doing legal work. Remember, demand to know exactly who will actually handle your case and be comfortable with their personality and experience before you retain a lawyer or law firm. Call me for a full evaluation of your case, and then decide.

Experienced

I have worked exclusively in criminal defense since 2001, after previously clerking for over two years in a major metro area county attorney office. Whether you’re facing serious criminal, DWI or other criminal/traffic charges, your case is too important not to get expert legal assistance. People who are accused of a crime are worried about losing their reputation, license, driving privilege, employment, or even their freedom. When this happens you need clear, honest, and expertly informed answers to your questions.

I handle the following types of allegations:

Drinking/Driving and DWI      Assault and Battery
     Suspended/Cancelled License            Domestic Violence
License suspension from DWI      Terrorist Threats
Careless or Reckless Driving      Fraud or Theft
Drug Sale or Possession      Robbery or Burglary
Gun Possession or Usage      Probation or Parole Matters
Expungement and Pardon      Criminal Sexual Conduct
     Juvenile Adjudication      Solicitation and Prostitution
